 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Max was friendly and initially eager to help with the stereo issues, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems continued, and there was a period where communication became difficult and I was left without a clear plan for resolution, which was frustrating given how long this has been ongoing.

After the matter was followed up, Max came over in person to address the issue. Although our initial discussion was somewhat tense, he ultimately apologised for the lack of communication and acknowledged that things could have been handled better. I appreciate him taking responsibility and making the effort to move things forward.

I’m hopeful we have now reached a proper resolution.
